• Air Conditioner is not included in Hiamchal
• Our driver follow the same itinerary as per tour, Other places will cover with extra cost
• In order to confirm your booking, Guest have to pay 40 % as advance amount.
• Vehicle night journey cost with extra amount.
• Rohtang pass cost is not included in any package cost
• Rohtang pass is subjected to availability with extra amount as per seasonal rates.

Cancellation Policies 

• Free cancellation of your booking is only acceptable before 15 days of your travel date.
• Cancellation made before 10 days of your travel date charge you 50% of your total booking amount.
• Cancellation made before 7 days of your travel date charge you your total advance amount
• No Amount will be refund in any case.
